A POCKET-SIZED MEETING PLACE003 / THE LITTLE THINGS, THOUGHT THROUGH
For the practical bits, the spontaneous bits,
and the “glad we saved that” bits.

Port guides for Miami, Falmouth and Ocho Rios. Local clocks, currency, plugs and quick map searches.

Keep tasks private or share with the group. Assign one to a friend, then tick it off.

Private or group notes, comments, and “Turn into plan” for ideas worth getting out for.

Emergency numbers work offline. Open the app once before you head out; offline changes sync when signal returns.
CLOSE FRIENDS. CLOSED CIRCLE.
One owner creates the event. Your crew joins with a code. Shared photos are only for the crew, and event admins cannot read your private DMs.
Keep personal plans, notes and albums to yourself. One account can join many events.
Ask your crew for an invite004 / BEFORE YOU GO
Small crew. Honest beginnings.
Event Companion is currently in private beta for the eight-friend Jamrock 2026 crew. Access is invite-only. Ask your crew’s event owner for an invite code.
No app store needed. Open it in your browser on iPhone or Android and install it from there.
After the first open, the app works offline. Changes made offline sync when you’re back in signal. Safety emergency numbers are available offline too.
Opt in for surprise photo prompts at random times each day, with quiet hours respected. A short camera countdown captures the moment. Keep it private or share it to an album. “Take a Snap now” is available anytime. There are no push notifications yet: prompts appear while the app is open.
Every update carries a source label: Official, Event admin, Crew, Unconfirmed tip or Safety. Admins post updates; crew tips stay labelled “Unconfirmed”. The live ticker sits above the bottom navigation on every app screen.
THE BEST PART IS WHO YOU GO WITH.
Ask your crew for an invite.
Your event owner has the code.
